Staff members at CONCERN EAP Southaven are Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). They each hold a master’s degree, have a minimum of three years in the clinical setting, and are trained in the Mitchell Model of providing Critical Incident Stress Debriefings.
